  • Most hotels require a credit card to hold a room reservation and in some cases a deposit may be required.
     
  • If you need to cancel your hotel/resort/etc. reservation please do so in advance to avoid any possible cancellation penalties. (Please refer to your travel agent for specific details.)
     
  • Some hotels may require a damage deposit, especially during spring break/holiday or peak season.
     
  • Credit card may be required at check-in for incidentals such as: long distance phone calls, mini-bar use, pay-per view movies, room service,etc.
     
  • A lot of hotels cannot guarantee requests such as: smoking preferences and bedding/floor requests. However will notate the reservation and try to accommodate guests with their requests.
     
  • Check-in is usually between 3-4 p.m. and check-out is usually between 11a.m-12 p.m. (please check with your travel agent for specific details.)
     
  • Larger hotels and resorts generally offer a courtesy room to guests checking-in early or checking-out late. Inquiring about this a head of time is suggested.
     
  • If requested, many hotels and resorts can hold passenger luggage for you after checking out of your room.
     
  • Many hotels offer specials inclusions or freebies such as: free coffee, ice, newspaper, local calls, pool and gym service. (Please refer to your travel agent for specific details.)
